If you know me, you know I love decorating and interior design. I give all the credit of my abilities to working in Home Decor at Lowe’s for 2 years. I love many different styles, and mixing them . Last year I was all about boho, and don’t get me wrong, still love it, but I wanted to make my home timeless and classic. I would describe my design as updated traditional. I have an all white kitchen, which I love and am so happy about. We got a new white/linen-look sectional. I LOVE the World Market Paige Dining Chairs and have loved them for years. I knew they would go perfectly with my white kitchen and sofa.
For Labor Day, World Market had a 30% off furniture sale, which was super helpful. I had been looking at tons of tables to match the chairs online for months, but I was struggling knowing if the finish of the table would match. I decided to go to World Market in person to see if they had a table that would match. I got really lucky that they had a new bistro table and the finish looked perfect with the chairs I wanted. However, the table is higher, so I needed stool height chairs. Luckily, they had 2 of the chairs I wanted in the right height. They were also on clearance. I bought the chairs and table, and luckily another World Market in Charlotte had 2 other chairs and they let me put them on hold. I am actual so happy we got the taller table and chairs, it goes perfectly with our island and we can see at the table and see the TV if we want.
I have been dying to put my chandelier up for months, but I knew it wasn’t a good idea to hang it in the condo we were renting. My husband youtubed how to install a chandelier and did an amazing job. This light is actually something I helped a vendor design when I worked in private brands/lighting at Lowe’s. Unforunately this is just a sample, and not available, but there are plenty of similar options out in the market. I can do a post specifically about all my beaded chandelier picks. My chandelier just makes the room perfect. I plan to change out the pendant lights later, but they look fine for now.
Below are some of the other things I’ve ordered and waiting on from Joss & Main/Wayfair. I will post how I style them once I get them in my rooms. 🙂
I also have the table and chairs linked below.
